Since our founding in 2013, Peoplyee (formerly Reeracoen) has been committed to addressing a wide range of people-related challenges in Indonesia.

Starting as a recruitment company, we have continuously expanded our business in response to the evolving needs of companies and professionals. Today, we have grown into an HR tech company providing one-stop solutions across recruitment, HR management systems, HR consulting, HR media, and other people-related areas.

With its large young population and growing workforce, Indonesia is expected to continue its strong economic growth in the years ahead. At the same time, the country continues to face many people-related social challenges, including disparities in education, low labor productivity, and mismatches between talent and business needs.

Through more than 13 years of operating in Indonesia, we have witnessed these challenges firsthand. This experience has strengthened our belief that many of these issues cannot be solved by people alone, nor by technology alone.
